Ms. Nancy Yin

Ms. Nancy served as the Secondary Principal of K12 international bilingual school. She has Master degree in Applied Mathematics and has been the Director of the International campus at a Key School in Shanghai. Nancy has 17 years of experience working in international education and educational leadership, management and teaching roles. She is an experienced IB educator as a lifelong learner and an IBDP Mathematics Examiner. She is also dedicated to building bilingual curriculum based on national and international concept and developing training program for professional bilingual teachers.
Dr. Cylia Zhang
Executive Principal, Senior School, Vanke School, Pudong
Chemistry PhD., IBDP Chemistry Teacher and examiner, 6 years of IB teaching and curriculum managing experiences. Used to be IBDP Coordinator in an IB world school, responsible for IBDP subject selection, IBDP course overview development, teaching quality analysis and management, curriculum coordination and management, student academy management, communication with IBO, and guided the team successfully completed the five year review.
Elise Li
Executive Principal of Primary & Middle School
Ms. Li brings 17 years of experience in teaching and educational management. She holds teacher certification in China, a PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education), and a Master of Arts in International Education. She has served as Assistant Principal within the Xiehe Education Group and as Chinese Principal at Harrow International School Hengqin.
Nora Wang
Assistant Principal
Assistant Principal Wang is a member of the Communist Party of China and has a Bachelor of English Language and Literature. She is a certified Senior Middle School English Teacher. Before joining Vanke in 2015, she successively held the posts of HRBP of New Business of Vanke, HRBP of Industrial Business, HRBP of DTD Education, Project Manager of DTD kindergarten, etc. From April 2019, she has been the Administrative Assistant Principal of Vanke School Pudong, in charge of non‑teaching sectors such as School Office, HR, enrollment and administrative support.
Rosie Wang
Deputy Head of Primary(Academics)& PYP Coordinator
Rosie Wang holds a Master’s degree in International Chinese Education from Nanjing Normal University. She has taught in international schools and bilingual schools, building deep expertise in international education with a strong, versatile foundation in classroom teaching and homeroom management. She has long served as an IB PYP Coordinator, with a deep understanding and extensive practical experience of the IB philosophy and curriculum framework. Drawing on this expertise, she has continued to focus on curriculum development and teaching management, leading curriculum integration and reform initiatives. She believes that education should be student‑centered helping each child explore who they are and understand the world, through both support and meaningful challenge.
Joanne Cai
Deputy Head of Primary(Pastoral)
Ms. Cai is a member of the Communist Party of China and has a Bachelor’s degree. She is a certified primary school senior math teacher, and has been awarded as regional‑level outstanding Homeroom teacher and DTD Core Teacher. With twenty years of primary school math teaching and management experience, Ms. Cai loves to interact with children. Seventeen pieces of her teaching essays, projects and designs have won various awards. Responsible, caring, and passionate for education and teaching, she is also adaptive to changes and willing to take on new challenges.
Yiqing Chen
Deputy Head of Middle School(Academics)
Ms.Chen holds a BSc in Mathematics from University College London (UCL) and an MA in Mathematics Education from King’s College London (KCL). With over 10 years of experience in international education and teaching, including more than 4 years at VSPH, she has extensive experience in international mathematics education, curriculum coordination and academic management. She has been involved in IGCSE curriculum and examination coordination, student assessment and data analysis, and has also served as a Homeroom Teacher and Head of Year, developing a broad perspective from classroom teaching to curriculum development and academic leadership. She is committed to supporting students’ learning experiences and independent development, using inquiry, critical thinking and authentic learning experiences to build strong academic foundations and develop students’ capacity for independent learning and problem‑solving, while promoting coherence and progression across the middle and high school curriculum.
