She has taught in international schools and bilingual schools, building deep expertise in international education with a strong, versatile foundation in classroom teaching and homeroom management. She has long served as an IB PYP Coordinator, with a deep understanding and extensive practical experience of the IB philosophy and curriculum framework. Drawing on this expertise, she has continued to focus on curriculum development and teaching management, leading curriculum integration and reform initiatives. She is a certified primary school senior math teacher, and has been awarded as regional\u2011level outstanding Homeroom teacher and DTD Core Teacher. With twenty years of primary school math teaching and management experience, Ms. Cai loves to interact with children. Seventeen pieces of her teaching essays, projects and designs have won various awards. With over 10 years of experience in international education and teaching, including more than 4 years at VSPH, she has extensive experience in international mathematics education, curriculum coordination and academic management. She has been involved in IGCSE curriculum and examination coordination, student assessment and data analysis, and has also served as a Homeroom Teacher and Head of Year, developing a broad perspective from classroom teaching to curriculum development and academic leadership.
